In compliance with the Data Protection Act 2010, we wish to inform you of your rights of data collected by us.

In the cause of your dealings with Salient Pyramid Sdn Bhd and /or any of its subsidiaries, its associate companies, its joint venture partners, its shareholders, its director, its employees, its supplier, its contractor and its consultants. Such detail will be used for execution of documents, delivery of notices, planning purpose for existing and future product, application and/or requirement of relevant authorities and other matters deemed fit.

The personal data that are provided by you but not limited to your name, national registration identity card and number, date of birth, marital status, occupation, gender, details of family members, emergency contact person, race and religious beliefs, postal address, telephone number, facsimile number, email address, medical information, salary range, employer’s details, contact preference, and bank account information and other information required by relevant authorities.
 

3. Purpose of Collection of Personal Data
 
3.1     Agreement & Arrangements

3.1.1    Entry into necessary agreements, contracts, memorandum, and/or arrangements to purchase the products or services from us, including sale and purchase agreements,
             deed of mutual covenants, etc;
3.1.2    Collection of outstanding payments from our clients under the agreements;
3.1.3    Delivery of notice, documents, forms, and other documents under the agreements, contracts, memorandum and/or arrangements;
3.1.4    Vacant possession, key handover, property/estate management, customer care and or defect rectification works;
3.1.5    Necessary performance of other obligations under the agreements, contracts, memorandum and/or arrangements.  

3.2     Services & Products
 
3.2.1    Delivery of our services or products whether present or future;
3.2.2    Customer relationship management procedures we deem necessary and fit;
3.2.3    Communication and delivery of information by e-mail, telecommunication means, including calls or text messages or social media about products and services;
3.2.4    Club house services, security purpose and property management;
3.2.5    Such other purposes provided for in our particulars services or products offered by us.

3.3     Internal Record & External
 
3.3.1    Marketing of our products/ services to you whether present or future;
3.3.2    For purposes relating to any of the above, including but not limited to research, benchmarking and statistical analysis;
3.3.3    Internal record keeping.
 
3.4     Legal Matters
 
3.4.1    Prevention, hindrance, reporting of any crime including but not limited to fraud, bribery and money laundering;
3.4.2    Compliance to any legal or regulatory requirement relating to the provision of our services/ products and to make disclosure under the requirements of any applicable law,
regulation, direction, court order, order, by-law, guideline, circular, code applicable to us or any associated, subsidiary, related companies of our group.
 

4. DISCLOSURE
 
4.1       Our associated, subsidiary, joint venture partners, related companies of the Company;
4.2       Our shareholder(s), director(s) and employee(s), appointed agent(s) and authorized personal(s) which are authorized to carry out work in relation to our business;
4.3       Our business partners including business affiliates, retailers, distributors, end financier, property agents, merchant that provide, supply, distribute or deal in general with our
services or products in connection with our business;
4.4       Our auditors, engineers, quantity surveyors, land surveyors, business consultants, accountants, lawyers or other professional advisers and/ or consultants as we deem
necessary;
4.5       Our sub-contractors or third service or product providers as we deem necessary or appropriate, including third party property management or marketing companies or entities;
4.6       Property management companies, joint management committee, management corporation, resident association or any authorized person or company authorized to managed
and carry out work related to the management of properties;
4.7       Any person to whom we are compelled to our required under law or in response to a local or state or federal authority, industry regulator, enforcement agency, statutory
authority, courts of law, tribunal, arbitration centre, commission or council or association legally authorized by law.  


5. Protection of your Personal Data
 
5.1      We takes the necessary precautions, both administrative and technical to safeguard your Personal Data against loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure,
            usage, alternation or destruction.
 

6. Your right to Access and Correction
 
6.1       You are entitled to request access to your Personal Data in our records with reasonable notice;
6.2       You are entitled to request the correction of your Personal Data held by us with a reasonable notice;
6.3       You are entitled to limit our processing of your Personal Data with reasonable notice;
